Arlo Store Singapore Shipping Policy
Neither ArloStore.sg nor the shipping agencies used by us will bear any additional costs that may arise directly or indirectly along the shipping process. By purchasing a product from us, you accept that you have reviewed any extra costs that may have been added to your bill on the checkout page, and are willing to pay extra charges if they are billed to you.
All orders received on or before NOON Singapore time will be shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays.
All orders received after NOON Singapore time will be shipped within 3-4 business days, excluding holidays.
All orders placed on holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by www.arlostore.sg will be shipped within a maximum of 4 business days.
In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment-processing times may be delayed.
If your purchase has not reached its shipping destination by a reasonable duration of time, please contact us for further investigation.
Cancelling an order: If you would like to cancel your order, we will gladly refund you. Simply follow these instructions:
If the item has left the warehouse and is enroute to your shipping address, you must receive the order, and then confirm to our customer service team that you are returning the product. Upon confirmation from our team, return the item.
Else, we will notify you when the refund has been processed, and you should expect to see this reflected in your bank statement within a working week. If this has not been updated by then, please get in touch with us at:

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We send all orders via reputed courier partners. You can log on to arlostore.sg and check the details of the shipment and courier partner.
Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.
arlostore.sg will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you. If your package is refused at the destination and subsequently returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. For all orders, please provide your complete street address with pin code and nearest landmark
We use several different shipping carriers depending on type of shipment and geographic location.
In case of refund due to return of products for any reason, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Q. Do you deliver outside Singapore?
A. We ship only within Singapore.
Q. Do you give free shipping?
A. Unless stated otherwise, shipping will be chargeable on checkout.
Q. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, GST etc) on items sold by arlostore.sg?
A. There are no hidden charges. The standard & discounted process are the final price. There will be no additional cost to be paid once the product is delivered to you.
Q. Why there is no delivery in my area?
A. We deliver to all places where our delivery partners have delivery capability. We are continuously working to expand over coverage area. There may also be legal restrictions to delivering products in your area.
Q. Do you also give Cash on Delivery option?
A. Not for the moment.
Q. Can you purchase outside Singapore and get it delivered to an address in Singapore
A. Yes, you can purchase our products via a valid credit card (we may ask you for additional authentication information) from any place outside Singapore and get it delivered to a valid address in Singapore (in places where we deliver). Please note that Singapore GST will be applied to the checkout process.
